Molotov now available on XBOX

The Molotov app is now available on Microsoft XBOX consoles. Gamers can enjoy the platform on the XBOX ONE and XBOX SERIES X/S models.

Today, gaming consoles are key entertainment devices in many homes. They are no longer just used for gaming, but also for consuming video entertainment. Gaming consoles have become an important substitute to Blu-ray players and other set-top devices (such as Apple TV, Xiaomi Box, Fire TV Stick, Chromecast etc...).

Whether for playing or streaming, Microsoft’s latest generation of consoles is taking video quality and sound quality, thanks to Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos, to a whole new level. Molotov users will benefit from those technological advances, especially when watching 4K programs*.

After downloading the app via the Microsoft store, users can find Molotov in the My Games & Applications section of the interface. While it is possible to connect or create a Molotov account on XBOX, subscription to a paid option must be done on Molotov's website or mobile application de Molotov.

Molotov offers XBOX users all the richness and simplicity of its platform, with more than 30,000 hours of live, replay and on-demand programs available at any given time.

Molotov is the only application on XBOX offering free access to 38 TV channels, including all DTT channels, as well as MANGO (its new AVoD service launched last November), as well as catch-up TV and advanced features (such as start-over, recording in the cloud), and a wide choice of movies, series and premium content.

Molotov's application for XBOX is also part of the turnkey, white-label OTT platform available to customers of​ Molotov Solutions, the B2B arm of Molotov.
